This hand-dyed Indian cotton men's shirt is a handcrafted product of extraordinary beauty, extraordinary for every feature, in fact it is made with a very ancient, long and laborious artisan technique, originally from Rajasthan. It all begins with the way in which the color indigo is extracted, this very intense natural blue dye, which is released by the exotic indigo plants, from which the color takes its name, soaked and in the meantime long sheets of cotton are laid out to absorb the color released. However, before dyeing the cotton, very skilled craftsmen apply a wax-based resistance to the fabric with the block print technique, therefore with the use of hand-carved wooden blocks, this ensures that when the indigo is applied the waxed parts remain in the natural color of the cotton thus creating original, unique and unrepeatable motifs.

Washing: it is advisable to wash the garment by hand and separately in cold water, not to leave it to soak and not to wring it after washing to avoid color alteration. Exposure to direct sunlight is also not recommended.
